Collector's poster "Parasite"

The poster brief: "So actually we would like an illustration with lots of poor houses piled on top of each other. It would be very vertical, at the bottom there would be floods with a pizza box and a floating stone, and suddenly the poor would be trying to climb to access the house of the rich which is at the top. You get the idea? Well apparently, Marie Bergeron saw the idea.

The American poster format (the famous 24 × 36 inches, or 61x91 cm in French) is a more vertical format than the traditional French poster formats (120x160 cm).

That's good because Parasite is also a more vertical film than the others. And the poster of Marie Bergeron perfectly illustrates to us this idea that the wealth of the upper classes is based on a precarious balance, threatened by the desires of ascension of the most disadvantaged.
